No Fees, More Convenience: Pay for School Meals Online

Dear Parents and Guardians,

We appreciate your patience! Starting October 24th, online credit and debit card payments for school meals are back and 100% fee-free for this school year. Cash and check payments remain welcome anytime. Online payments are processed securely via SchoolCafé (www.schoolcafe.com)—a quick and easy way to view meal balances, schedule automatic payments, and manage funds 24/7.

Quick Steps to Get Started:

  1. Go to WWW.SCHOOLCAFE.COM or scan the QR code above.

  2. Click 'Register' and follow the prompts to set up your account.

  3. Link student(s) using Student ID number. Student ID can be found in Aspen under Local Identifier

  4. Add credit card funds directly to your child's lunch account.
