An engaging program designed to prepare students for success in the dynamic culinary and hospitality industries. With a focus on real-world skills, industry-recognized certifications, and advanced culinary techniques.

The pathway features courses aligned with the nationally recognized ProStart Level 1 and Level 2 curriculum. Students will earn prestigious certifications, including the ServSafe Food Handler and Manager Certifications and ProStart Certificates of Achievement (Levels 1 and 2).

These credentials validate mastery of essential culinary knowledge and skills, boost employability, and provide advanced standing in postsecondary culinary programs. 80 hours of work experience is required which will be offered as recurring in-house or special projects and masterclasses. The Senior Project is determined as the culminating experience/project.
